Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Operations Lead to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

The Cyber Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and directing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of multiple cyber operations projects across geographically dispersed mission sets.

They provide guidance and leadership to a team of Cyber Operators to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards, ultimately delivering mission outcomes.

They develop cybersecurity strategies that align with business objectives and provide technology leadership and guidance on cybersecurity technologies and practices within a large, multitenant organization.

The Cyber Operations Lead also plays a critical role in policy and compliance oversight, taking the lead in incident response planning.

They have the expertise to assess information network threats such as computer viruses, exploits, and malicious attacks.

As a member of the Cyber Innovation Team, the Cyber Operations Lead is also responsible for applying output received from the Mission Engagement Lead, Mission Intelligence Lead, and Cyber Innovation Lead to ensure successful full cyber operations.

Basic Qualifications :

Holds a bachelor's degree in STEM field. A Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Secret Compartmented Information (SCI) at time of proposal submission.

Minimum five (5) years in last ten years of hands-on experience leading and managing large complex cyber operations program.

Experience performing vulnerability threat analysis on information networks.

Experience with identifying mitigation strategies related to possible cyber related threats on systems

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in achieving Authority To Operate (ATO) and Continuous ATO (cATO). Current Cyber related certification (offensive, defensive, etc.

Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience leading and managing large complex cyber operations program.

Clearance Requirements :

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance and eligible for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations

For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
