Key Responsibilities :
- Manage culinary labor and food cost targets, including budgeting and ordering, to contribute to the overall financial success of our operation.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all departments within our business model, working closely with the Executive Chef to uphold operational standards and achieve objectives.
- Take pride in our brand and location, collaborating directly with the Executive Chef to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the success of our establishment.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to implement company initiatives and maintain exceptional standards of hospitality.
- Focus on creating magical and unique dining experiences for our guests, either directly or by empowering team members to deliver excellence.
- Foster a culture of continual growth among team members, supporting their development and contributing to the strength of our leadership team.
- Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of culinary operations and business functions.
- Be available to work a 45-hour week, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary to support our operation.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Culinary or related field preferred.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience, with at least 1 year as a Sous Chef in a fine dining / upscale casual establishment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to lift / move up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Servsafe Certification and proficiency in Food and Alcohol Safety.
