Responsibilities :
You will be trained on all the concepts, terms, and processes required to fulfill our promise to our clients. The role requires you to possess project management and communication skills to meet customer service demands.
Self-disciplined follow-through is required to ensure tasks are completed following account team / client demands and per quality and procedural standards.
Our team-based environment is fast-paced, fun, and exciting and requires collaboration and a supportive approach. As a support professional, you will help develop and execute client service tasks by working with Client Executives and Sales.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Trained to utilize Insurance company online rating and policy administration platforms
- Build a foundation of understanding of all P&C lines of coverage - through various training platforms
- Service clients' day-to-day issues
- Issue certificates of insurance, process change requests, follow up tasks for underwriting information, application prep, and invoicing all policies and endorsements.
Qualifications :
- Ability to commute to Harrison office 2-5 days per week
