- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in playing scrum master role.
- Experience in working with 5+ teams and also work in global delivery model coordinating with associates in various time zones.
- Works with Product Owner / Business Analysts / Scrum Masters / RTE / Development teams on release plan execution.
- Should have experience in mentoring the teams and experience in playing Agile Coach role.
- Should coordinate Agile ceremonies, facilitating daily scrums, work effort retrospectives, showcases, and sprint planning sessions.
- Need good communication and analytic skills.
- Should be able to work / lead a small size team.
- Should know change management procedure.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders, including business partners and all levels of IT leadership.
