Overview :
The Guest Request Runner is responsible for fulfilling guest requests and making deliveries in guest rooms in a timely manner.
If guest need their room touched up or re-cleaned, the runner would have to take care of it, if hskp is closed. This individual must have good communication skills as well as the ability to pull and push heavy loads.
Responsibilities :
- Maintains provided schedule priorities by following assignment list; servicing rooms as needed.
- Replenishes supplies as needed for Front Desk and Housekeeping running toiletries and stationery supplies.
- Make linen totes for rooms
- Keeps supplies ready and stocked
- Housekeeper duties as needed
- Laundry Attendant Duties as needed
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with security regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Enhances housekeeping and hotel reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Physical Requirements :
- Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, picking, pinching, typing, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motion of the hands, wrists and / or fingers.
