Job Summary :
The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting in providing nursing care to the Family Practice patients; assist the resident physicians and faculty;
assist in maintaining the functions of a medical group practice.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY :
Required Education :
High school diploma (or equivalent) and successful completion of a Medical Assistant training course at a vocational / technical school or college-level Medical Assistant (MA) training course.
Preferred Education :
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).
Required Experience :
None required.
Preferred Experience :
Successful completion of a Medical Assistant externship and two (2) or more years of job-related experience.
Required Certification / License / Registry :
Diploma, certificate, transcript, et cetera demonstrating successful MA training course completion.
