Key ResponsibilitiesProvide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support via phone, video, or chatDevelop care plans and conduct risk assessments in collaboration with membersDocument sessions and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR) while adhering to HIPAA standardsRequired Qualifications and EducationMaster's degree in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family TherapyExperience with crisis intervention and de-escalationExperience providing therapeutic services to young adults or at-risk populationsAbility to assess and document sessions with members in crisisProficiency in evidence-based modalities and cultural humility
