Role Overview :

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance plans, leading new equipment installations and repairs, basic trouble shooting and repair of essential equipment, maintenance, and repair of general facilities equipment (internal and external to the facilities), and taking a customer-driven approach to ensuring the operation has the functioning tools and equipment to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated abilities in facility maintenance or specifically plumbing, HVAC, or electrical with the accompanying skills to perform the required tasks facility-wide.
• Possession of "soft skills," including the ability to communicate thoughtfully and with respect toward others. A positive, flexible attitude and a common-sense approach are essential.
• High degree of flexibility, with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills.
• Must have the ability to operate a wide range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
• Effective plumbing skills with general irrigation equipment, PVC pipe and fittings.
• All cannabis industry employees must be 21 or older and hold or obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler's permit.
