Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions are now immediately open for a Nursing Home in Trenton, New Jersey.
We are currently looking for dedicated & passionate Full time / Part time LPNs to join our team.
Great work environment, all shifts available, immediate hire!
Requirements :
- Must have current New Jersey LPN License
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Must be available alternating weekends
- Physical - less than 1yr old, PPD / Chest X-Ray, MMRs (Lab Work, Titers)
- Additional documents may be required.
Duties :
- Compassion for patient needs and a high degree of professionalism
- Ensure the overall health & safety of the residents
- Administer medications & treatments in compliance with federal, state, local & facility policies
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with Nursing home health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations (HIPAA) and nursing best practices
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
