Monday - Friday, daylight shift
Pay : $17-18 / HR
Duration : 6 month contract to direct hire
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operate Machinery : Safely and efficiently operate production machinery and equipment as trained and instructed.
- Monitor Production : Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control : Inspect products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards. Report any issues to the supervisor.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. Report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
- Documentation : Accurately complete all required production and quality documentation.
- Housekeeping : Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Training : Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
