- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC / R systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and other related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC / R systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Weld and fabricate components as needed
- Drive a van to travel to different job sites for field service work
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of HVAC / R systems
Skills :
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC / R systems
- Ability to perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC / R issues
- Valid driver's license
This position requires a skilled HVAC Technician who can handle various duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC / R systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background and possess the necessary skills to diagnose and resolve issues with air conditioning units, boilers, and other equipment.
