Contract & Compensation Details
Contract Length : 9 weeks
Start Date : 9 / 11 or 9 / 29
Hours : 36hrs / wk (3x12)
Shift : 6a-6 : 30p or 6p-6 : 30a
Regular Rate : $13.50 / hr ($486 / wk)
OT Rate : $46 / hr
Non-Taxed Travel Stipend : $1,050 / wk
Gross Weekly : $1,536
Qualifications and Education for the Contract LPN :
1+ year(s) of LTC / Rehab LPN experience required
BLS required
Unencumbered NM or Compact LPN license required
