What we are looking for - Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans and documenting activities through case notes and reports.

Registered Nurses contribute to the day-to-day Primary Care operations, spearhead community outreach as it applies to care management and will participate in staff / team meetings and activities.
