The Director of M&A Integration & Enterprise Operations will report directly to the SVP, Strategic Execution and Transformation.

In this highly visible role, the Director of M&A Integration & Enterprise Operations will manage the execution and end to end management of acquisition integration programs and other key strategic, transformation initiatives across RealPage.

While serving in this role, The Director of M&A Integration & Enterprise Operations will work closely with leadership across the Strategic Execution & Transformation Office and other senior leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence with a generalized focus of ensuring that M&A integrations are managed swiftly and completely.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Partner with the SVP, Strategic Execution & Transformation in enabling scalable acquisition, integration and enablement processes
  • Serve as the single point of contact for formerly or newly acquired companies until organization is successfully integrated
  • Responsible for driving a portfolio of M&A integration programs and key strategic projects
  • Identify, scope and schedule project deliverables, resources, milestones and required activities and tasks involving a cross-functional team
  • Provide reporting and analysis to C-Suite and key Stakeholders on a regular cadence
  • Manage and escalate risks and issues as needed, anticipate program needs, and formulate solutions, and respond to the variability involved in any key initiative
  • Drive in-depth analysis of existing business workflows, identifying areas for improvement and driving recommended changes
  • Organize and engage with cross-functional teams to design and execute a wide array of strategic enterprise initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years experience planning and leading strategic programs / initiatives with 5+ years’ experience in pre / post integration activities related to M&A
  • 5+ years’ Consulting experience or equivalent experience running strategic initiatives
  • Agile certification preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent professional written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with and influencing senior leadership
  • Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members and stakeholders, manage multiple projects within strict time frames, and meet set deadlines
  • Visionary thinker, creative project manager, excellent writer, and communicator
