PAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION :

• Base Salary : $76,000-$93,000 (depending on experience) - Actual take home pay averaging $80-130K
• Additional Earning Potential : Shared reward intelligent compensation program allowing therapists to earn well over 100K with base salary + performance pay.

• WA state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record.
• Experienced clinician passionate about outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation, or related services.
• A natural leader with strong communication and empathy skills.
• Tech-savvy therapist adapting to industry changes for client engagement and increased efficiency.
