We provide ALL of your PPE gear : gloves, shoe booties, cleaning gloves, hand sanitizer, lysol wipes, masks, face shields, etc. We provide scrubs too!
Assist with higher education & training
In-house PAID Training & Education

Mileage paid for driving client and between clients when more than 1 client is seen in the day!
$$ Annual Pay Raises $$
BONUSES : 2-4 times per year / / Employee of the month bonuses / / 24 / 7 Support from our team

We introduce you to the client prior to being placed on the schedule!
CAREGIVER DUTIES :
- Assists the client with or provides personal care as assigned by the plan of care. Personal duties include, but may not be limited to : bathing, care of hair, skin, and mouth, toileting, dressing, transfer, ambulation, medication reminding.
- Performs light housekeeping duties sufficient to keep the client safe in the home. Housekeeping duties include make and changing bed, cleaning bathroom, personal laundry, cleaning kitchen area, and shopping and errands.
- Prepares and serves meals.
- Documents activities performed in the client’s home at the time of visit.
- Documents client’s concerns, and client difficulties, and reports the same to supervisor or manager.
- All injuries need to be reported immediately.
- Provides services when scheduled.
- Communicates promptly to Agency and client any schedule changes.
- Completes and submits required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Accomplishes job responsibilities in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
- Participates in client case conferences according to Home Health Care agency and procedures.
- Represents the Agency in a loyal manner and dresses appropriate to job duties.
