Our organization is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities involve answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and checking in visitors.
Other tasks include maintaining our file system and keeping track of our inventory of office supplies. Once you are familiar with our computer system, you may also assist with property management .
While we prefer applicants who have experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, the most important qualities are a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Front Desk Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and manage correspondence
- Greet and check-in visitors
- Assist with scheduling and property management calls
- Maintain file system and assist with data entry
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Front Desk Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Receptionist experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational and customer service skills
- Highly Motivated and Skilled Receptionist
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced Environment
- Reliable and Friendly
