Maximum Rate Per Hour : $45
Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced ER RN to join our Float Pool team. As a Float Pool (ER) RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality emergency care to patients across various units.
You will serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality, while making critical nursing assessments and diagnoses.
This role requires a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care.

Job Requirements :
2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care ER RN experience within the unit is required.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
Current BLS certification is required.
ACLS certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
BSN is preferred.
