Senior Product Manager - eCommerce
Ideally this position will be based out of ADT's Corporate HQ in Boca Raton, FL and will follow a hybrid model (employees must be in the office a minimum of three days per week).

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for managing a 36-month feature backlog and supporting the refinement and delivery of features in a SAFe-Agile delivery model.

- Digital Sales Transformation : Drive and execute strategies that elevate digital sales conversions, transforming customer interactions into meaningful, revenue-generating actions.
- Strategic Alignment : Partner with strategic leaders to align product initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring a unified vision and execution plan.
- Roadmap Management : Develop and oversee a detailed 36-month feature roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements to maximize impact and drive long-term success.
- Requirement Gathering : Author detailed features with clear scope statements, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide enterprise architecture solutions and feature sizing and refinement.
- Omnichannel Excellence : Craft and implement omnichannel strategies that deliver a seamless consumer journey, from initial engagement to final purchase and beyond.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive strategies and successful outcomes.
- Consumer Insights : Leverage data and customer feedback to refine and improve the user experience, ensuring our products and services meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics, ensuring our strategies are innovative and relevant.

What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Product Owner / Product Manager certification preferred.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Extensive experience in eCommerce product management with a proven track record of driving digital sales conversions, ideally in the home security sector or a related field.
- Self-Starter : Demonstrated ability to work independently, be versatile, and take initiative, showing a high level of self-motivation and personal resiliency and drive to achieve goals with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
- Omnichannel Skills : Strong expertise in designing and implementing omnichannel sales strategies that enhance the consumer journey across multiple touchpoints.
- Strategic Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work with strategic leaders and manage stakeholder expectations effectively, including working closely with Legal, Finance, & Accounting partners for accurate requirements and user acceptance testing
- Roadmap Mastery : Experience in managing long-term feature roadmaps, with the ability to balance immediate needs with future goals.
- Energetic Innovator : Passionate about enhancing processes and finding creative solutions, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude that brings energy to continuous improvement and drives team motivation.
- Analytical Mindset : Proficient in using data analytics to drive decisions and optimize performance.

- Adaptability : Agile and forward-thinking, with a keen eye on industry trends and an ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands.
- Software Proficiency : Experience with Figma, AEM, Atlassian Jira, Confluence software preferred.
Compensation & Benefits :
The salary range for this role is $116,800 - $175,200 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
