Your role will be to greet customers / patients as they come in the door and assist with their check in. What You Will Do : Scheduling Appointments : Assisting patients in booking appointments efficiently.
Insurance and Health Information : Collecting and verifying insurance details and relevant health information. Electronic Health Records : Accurately inputting patient data into our electronic health records system.
Reception Duties : Answering phones, greeting patients, and providing excellent customer service. What You Will Bring : Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials / skills : Vocational Degree or Certification Communication Skills Greet people as they come in Answer phones Data Entry, must type 45 wpm or better Patient Care Rooming Patients Bilingual is a plus Employment Type : Temp / Seasonal Years Experience : 1 - 3 years Salary : $15 Hourly Bonus / Commission : No
