We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist with various accounting tasks and play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes and controls.
- Handle other accounting tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Internship or entry-level experience in accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including V-lookups, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
