Our client, a leading medical association, is seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist for a temporary position through the end of the year, with a strong potential for extension or temp-to-hire.

This role is ideal for an early to mid-level professional with a solid foundation in digital marketing, especially in paid social media marketing and search engine marketing .

The position offers the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment with the potential for long-term career development.

The ideal candidate will have : Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in communications, marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in social media, with 2 years focusing on paid social and search engine marketing management and strategy.

2 years of experience in search engine marketing (Google and Bing Ads). Proficiency in social media tools such as Sprout, Canva, and Google Analytics.

Strong organizational skills and project management experience Familiarity with the healthcare or association industry a large plus Job Duties : Manage the placement of paid social media marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the Social Media (SoMe) team to support the development and execution of organic social media content. Oversee search engine marketing (Google and Bing) and coordinate with marketing, communications, and web teams across divisions.

Track, analyze, and report on social media and search engine marketing campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and lead improvements for future campaigns.

Support the team by triaging requests and establishing best practices for social media engagement. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Additional Requirements : Hybrid work arrangement : 40% in-office (approximately two days per week). Must be willing to travel for 1-2 events per year.

Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide a medical or religious exemption. Salary : $27-30 / hr (temporary basis) ;

$65-70k (permanent basis) Benefit information available upon first interview.
