Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Available in Santee, CA

Job Description : We are seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist to fill a full-time position in Santee, CA. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is dedicated to providing exceptional speech therapy services in a school setting, helping students enhance their munication skills and academic success.

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, and munication disorders in students.
  • Design and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for each student, ensuring tailored and effective interventions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to provide prehensive student support.
  • Maintain accurate and prehensive records of student progress and adapt therapy plans based on assessments and outes.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to promote an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid California SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred.
