- Manage project managers and give support when needed.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and specifications.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for directors and upper management, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Ensure compliance with daily logs, zoning regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project schedules, coordinate construction activities, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Resolve conflicts, issues, and challenges that arise during the construction process, employing creative solutions to keep projects on track.
