MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - 1ST SHIFT

As a Skilled Trades Group Leader you will possess a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of all manufacturing and material flow processes in assigned area to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service to internal customers.

This position provides direct daily leadership to Skilled Trades members and drives maintenance activities.

What You Will Do :

• Coordinate and lead execution of Skilled Trades activities
• Provide floor leadership to work crews
• Manage maintenance shift schedule to efficient execution
• Monitor shift performance and provide feedback to GL
• Ensure compliance with proper documentation of work performed
• Define the skills development plans for all technicians
• Drive improvements to established maintenance KPIs
• Drive safety culture to ensure individual and group safety
• Increase bench strength to provide higher level of service

What You Have :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Organizational / Business Management or applicable discipline, is preferred.
• Previous (related) experience working in skilled trades is strongly preferred / desired. Targeted experiences include 1-3 years of direct labor supervision in a manufacturing setting.
