You Will Be Responsible For
As a key member of our leadership, you will assume a strategic role in a high level of client relationship management, audit planning, tax oversight, strategic planning, and team development.
The primary day-to-day activities responsibilities include :
- Accounting and Audit Engagement management
- Team oversight, training, and development
- Business advisory services (M&A, P / E investment, due diligence, process improvement, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in accounting or closely corresponding field.
- CPA and a member in good standing with AICPA.
- 7+ years of public accounting experience
- Relationship management and practice development skills
- Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
- Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills
- Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Senior and Staff Associates in a wide variety of industries
- Computer expertise including knowledge of audit-preparation software and an understanding of the impact of technology
- Strong research skills
- Technical skills with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook; CCH ProSystems, UltraTax or similar systems
