Summary : As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, the Manager , Midlevel Giving will support strategy development for mid-level donor prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
This role involves managing a portfolio of 5 00- 7 00 donors, focusing on retention and annual giving upgrades. Collaborate closely with Prospect Development, Stewardship, Communications, and Campaign Development Services teams to tailor engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, preparing reports on program outcomes, and achieving quarterly KPIs and annual fundraising goals.
Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree in relevant fields, strong Salesforce skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while fostering collaborative relationships across teams.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Portfolio Management
- In a newly established role, work closely with the Senior Director of Midlevel Giving within the Donor Engagement department to implement prospect identification, cultivation, and solicitation and stewardship of midlevel donors.
- Develop a portfolio of about 500-700 donors and prospective mid-level donors in collaboration with the Prospect Development team.
- Serve as a relationship manager / account owner to engage a portfolio of donors with a focus on retention and upgrading annual giving to meet an annual revenue target for Advancement .
- Develop tailored communication strategies for donors in portfolio and integrate strategies within overall midlevel donor communications and stewardship plan.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mid-level donors in the CRM; submits merge requests and enriches records with donor interests and meaningful activities.
- Meets quarterly performance KPIs and annual fundraising goals.
Collaborate with Key Internal Partners
- Collaborate with the Advancement Department and Territory and Region teams to identify and qualify prospects for major gift portfolios.
- Partner with Director to refine workflow for Territory and Region collaboration and tracking of KPIs within CRM.
- Develop an awareness of communications calendars and strategies driven by Direct to Constituent and Constituent Experience.

Education & Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience in mid-level giving, donor relations, or fundraising, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, with experience in database management and analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships and collaborating across diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands & Work Environment :
- Minimal weekend & evening work required dependent on projects overseeing
- Minimal travel based on related projects and department meetings

- LLS has a 35-hour work week
- This is a Non-Exempt, hourly paid role. The average salary (hourly) range is $47,000 ($26 / hour) - $68,000 ($37 / hour), open to further discussion based on geography.
