  • Starting Pay : $20 per hour (pay increase to $23 per hour after 2 months)
  • Training Schedule : Mon-Fri from 8 : 30am - 5pm (approx 4 weeks)
  • POST Training : Mon-Fri from 9 : 30am-6pm
  • WFH on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office

Please Note : This is a hybrid role, combining WFH and office presence. You must reside within 25 miles of our Scottsdale, AZ office.

What you'll be doing :

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients.
  • Respond to requests for investment, fund, and account information.
  • Resolve general account issues.
  • Follow standardized processes to complete monetary and administrative transactions.
  • Document and report client feedback for process improvement efforts.
  • Use consultative approach to position products and services to clients.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ year customer service / business related experience, preferably in finance
  • Wired Internet - requires an internet speed test that meets 1Gbps download speed (1000mbps) and at least 30 Mbps upload speed
  • Great Problem Resolution and Time Management skills
  • Tech-Savvy
