- Starting Pay : $20 per hour (pay increase to $23 per hour after 2 months)
- Training Schedule : Mon-Fri from 8 : 30am - 5pm (approx 4 weeks)
- POST Training : Mon-Fri from 9 : 30am-6pm
- WFH on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office
Please Note : This is a hybrid role, combining WFH and office presence. You must reside within 25 miles of our Scottsdale, AZ office.
What you'll be doing :
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients.
- Respond to requests for investment, fund, and account information.
- Resolve general account issues.
- Follow standardized processes to complete monetary and administrative transactions.
- Document and report client feedback for process improvement efforts.
- Use consultative approach to position products and services to clients.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma
- 2+ year customer service / business related experience, preferably in finance
- Wired Internet - requires an internet speed test that meets 1Gbps download speed (1000mbps) and at least 30 Mbps upload speed
- Great Problem Resolution and Time Management skills
- Tech-Savvy
