If you are an experienced Business Analyst with over ten years of experience in Banking / Financial services with strong Payments knowledge and / or prior experience in driving large scale strategic projects and possess leadership and project management skills with an ability to drive projects in close partnership with Operations, Product and Technology partners then this is the team for you.

As a Vice President - Business Analysis Manager in Graphite Payments Transformation team, you will drive initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

You will be expected to have strong communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking, collaboration with multiple impacted teams, flexibility and result drive and you will be a significant contributor that is responsible for building the Strategic Global Payments User Interface.

You will need to utilize your leadership and project management skills and your ability to drive projects in close partnership with Operations, Product and Technology partners and you will drive critical platform modernization initiatives for United States & Latin American region.

The Business Analyst is also expected to lead the . Job responsibilities

  • Define the business requirements for development and commercialization of new product capabilities (business analyst)
  • Lead and participate in discussions relating to end to end project lifecycle starting with initiation till the overall implementation and a rticulate and document process flows including customer interactions and Operations intervention
  • Cover functional and non-functional requirements including but not limited to Product features, Operational requirements, Regulatory and Compliance requirements, User Interface, Client reporting, Sanctions, Resiliency and Scalability.

The requirements must be able to cater to current expectations and allow scalability for future changes in business model

  • Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to determine key business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change and conduct gaps analysis as required to determine degree of change emergent from business initiatives
  • Partner closely with Product and Technology partners to help define globally consistent platform architecture as well as work with User Acceptance Testing team to determine the testing strategy and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities
  • Track the overall progress of an initiative and identify any possible red flag and collaborating with various stakeholders for resolution of the issues to ensure timely completion of the projects
  • Drive Operations readiness to support new product roll out by ensuring documentation of process flows, operational procedures, training, user entitlements, clearly defined roles and responsibilities and establishing escalation matrix
  • Anticipate internal and external factors impacting the global payment strategy and implementing plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities and perform defect analysis, prioritization and exploring alternative solutions Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Banking / Financial services
  • Well versed with Agile methodology and experience in driving projects under the said framework
  • Strong Project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect
  • Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver competing priorities and attention to detail with logical thought process and leverages the organization to deliver results quickly
  • Self-motivated, tenacious with excellent time management / prioritization skills
  • Experience in designing, delivering & presenting executive level content and adept at working in matrix organization and dynamic high performance teams Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
