Responsibilities :
- Staff scheduling
- Inventory Control
- Establishing Sales Goals
- Employee Management recruitment, training, coaching & firing (if necessary)
- Point of contact for Customer & Vendor relations
- Making sure that the stores are functioning efficiently
- Plans, execute and monitor projects
This position reports directly to the CEO of the company.
Requirements :
- At least 5 years experience in management in retail industry;
- Proficient in Office Administration;
- Computer literate;
- Strong written and communications Skills;
- Has an excellent service mentality;
- Sales background & Inventory knowledge is a must;
- College Degree holder;

Pay : $66,560.00 - $75,000.00 per year
