Caregivers on our registry are independent contractors and can choose their assignments, work flexible hours based on their availability, and earn competitive market rates.

As an independent contractor, you may appreciate :
- Ability to negotiate your pay based on care being provided. Our suggested rate based on market research is $18.00 per hour (hourly) $180.00 per day (live-in).
- Choose your schedule based on your own lifestyle and preferences.
- Choose your clients : We let you know upfront what care a client is going to need.
We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas :
- West Chester
- Malvern
- Devon
- King of Prussia
- Berwyn
- Exton
- Chester Springs
- Coatesville
- Downingtown
- Oxford
- Kennett Square
- Pottstown
- Lancaster
- Quarryville
- Willow Street
- Millersville
Caregiver Requirements :
- Driver’s License (for hourly caregivers) or State ID (live-in caregivers who don’t drive)
- Criminal Background and child abuse clearances (clean)
- Car Insurance
- TB Test or Chest Xray
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with caregiving
