Job Overview : As a CAD / Revit Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD / Revit software.
You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to produce accurate and precise drawings that meet project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans based on project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to create, modify, and review designs.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and in compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project scope and requirements.
- Perform regular revisions and updates to drawings as needed, based on feedback and changes to project specifications.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all drawings and related documentation.
- Assist in coordinating design activities and providing technical support to project teams.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
Qualifications :
- Education : Associate’s degree or diploma in Drafting, using AutoCAD and / or Revit Technologies, or a related field
- Experience : Proven experience as a Drafter in AutoCAD and / or Revit or a similar role.
- Software Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or Revit software and other relevant tools.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of drafting techniques, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing.
- Attention to Detail : Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing technical drawings.
- Communication : Good communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
