Position Summary

- Loss Run Requests
- Client Invoicing
- File Management
- Certificates of Insurance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft products
- Knowledge of AMS Insurance Software a plus
- Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communications skills.
- Experience with multi-company / divisional highly desirable.
- Exceptional time management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively with other internal and external departments.
Education and Licenses
- Years or more as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor's Degree a plus
- P&C License is required
