Position Summary : Under the direction of the BH Controller, this position is responsible for completing timely and accurate financial statements of assigned addiction recovery centers, account reconciliations, budgets, and other miscellaneous reports.
Position will interact with facility CEOs and Foundations CFO and Controller; facility Business Office Managers; and corporate personnel.

k plan with company match Generous Paid Time Off RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepare and analyze financial statements, including journal entries, balance sheets reconciliations, income statement analysis and explanations, Financial Package completion, monthly financial forecast, and tax packages for all assigned facilities Assist the Regional Financial Director and BH Controller in the review of month end close and help reconcile problem accounts Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Assist facility Administrators and accounting personnel on accounting related questions and problems Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Cross-train with other accountants to have the ability to step in and close any of the facilities assigned to the Brentwood Office.
Provide needed financial support to facilities including ensuring adherence to GAAP and completion of state and federal reports, such as annual Cost Reporting Assist in the completion of work papers assigned for external or internal audits as well as work with auditors on any audit related issues.
