IU Health Arnett Physicians seeks a Primary Care physician to practice team-based care in our progressive, southside family medicine clinic in Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University).
Employment Opportunity Details :
- Full-time (4 days per week schedule)
- Collegial team environment with participation in process improvement
- 100% outpatient
- Onsite procedure suites and lab
- Traditional family medicine practice : chronic disease management, wellness, for all ages of patients
- Shared phone call only : approximately 1 : 25 for FM 1 : 12 IM

Qualifications :
- US BE / BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine / Pediatrics
- MD / DO Indiana license or eligible
- Consistent and consecutive employment / training history
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide high quality patient care
