Position : School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Overview : We are seeking a mitted and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. This position involves providing speech and language therapy, conducting assessments, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
Experience in a school setting is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are wele to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' munication needs.
- Provide therapy sessions, both individual and group.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational goal setting for students.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but not required for CF applicants.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong munication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
