Genesis of Charlotte has a full-time sales concierge position available. We are looking for a super-friendly, professional person to make our customer's experience the best it can be!

Responsibilities :
- Making the customer experience the best it can be
- Checking In New Inventory
- Transport loaner Genesis vehicle to the client when needed.
- Managing the lot daily, gas, and merchandising
- Assigning vehicles to the proper location and display
- Weekly Inventory Audits.
- Refresh New Vehicle Deliveries if needed
- Support the experience managers when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide concierge services when needed.
Requirements :
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 years old
- Ability to follow directions
- Super cheerful and super friendly personality
- Past experience in a customer service environment with face-to-face interaction is a plus.
- Personal and professional integrity.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history report.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Utilize good judgment.
- Apply safe driving skills.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours : 40 per week
