Case Manager

Providence Staffing has an esteemed Personal Injury Law Firm in downtown Atlanta that is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Case Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in handling personal injury cases, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention throughout the legal process.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Management :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are fully informed about their case status.

2. Case Coordination :

• Manage and organize all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure seamless case management and progression.
• Gather and review all necessary documentation, including medical records, accident reports, and other pertinent information.

3. Document Preparation :

• Prepare and draft various legal documents, including demand letters, settlement agreements, and other case-related correspondence.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and filed in a timely manner.

4. Investigation and Research :

• Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and obtain statements.
• Perform legal research to support case strategies and ensure the strongest possible representation for clients.

5. Medical Coordination :

• Liaise with medical professionals to obtain and review medical records and bills.
• Assist clients in scheduling medical appointments and ensure all necessary treatments are documented.

6. Negotiation and Settlement :

• Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Ensure clients are fully informed about settlement offers and provide guidance on potential outcomes.

7. Trial Preparation :

• Assist in preparing cases for trial, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and ensure all trial logistics are handled efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in legal case management software.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation :

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $66,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
