Position Overview :

Are you a sales savant with a thirst for disruption? Do you scoff at the status quo and dream of crushing quotas in a way that defies expectations?

Then jump in and buckle up; we’re on a mission to transform the pre-owned car industry, and we need YOU helping us recruiting dealers to join us!

As a Dealer Sales Team Lead you won’t be responsible for selling a thing. Rather, we need you to lead the efforts to give away access to dealerships around the country! Sounds great right.

Sure, you’ll have a quota, but it’s a quota for giveaways. No money needed from the dealership. Only access to their inventory feed, and an understanding that they’ll let us sell their inventory for them.

As Team Lead, you’ll be expected to lead from the front driving your own personal quota while mentoring a small team. Along the way, you’ll be helping set the standard, refine best practices, and shape the future of dealership partnerships at Keysy.

Have Done Some Laps : You have 3+ years of successful SaaS or automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a senior sales role or early leadership role.

Communicate Like a Champ : You can articulate the Keysy vision with clarity and passion, both verbally and in writing. You're also a master of interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with customers and collaborators.
