Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm (Must be open to working on weekends as well)
Our client is a sustainable wooden toy company located in the Natomas area of Sacramento. Their focus is sustainability and child development being a top priority.
We are looking for a Warehouse worker to help with the organization and running of the daily operations to undertake a different variety of day-to-day tasks.
The correct individual is a diverse, energetic, fun, competent person who can quickly and accurately follow direction and has excellent communication skills with employees and management.
Candidates must be organized, confident, and take pride in their workmanship. This is a great position with warehouse growth for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone that will take charge of the warehouse and day-to-day shipping operations as we continue to expand operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Picking and packing orders
- Shipping-UPS / FedEx
- Helping with customer service (email)
- Unloading Containers-Palletizing product
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Warehouse experience
- Shipping experience is a huge plus
- Not required but it is extremely beneficial to have prior experience using Fishbowl (or another inventory management system), Outlook, Slack, and Barcode Scanners
Environment :
- Typical warehouse environment
- Must be able to stand for up to 6-8 hours a day
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
