BILINGUAL OUTPATIENT PSYCHOTHERAPISTS (ENGLISH / SPANISH)
FULL TIME OR FEE FOR SERVICE
IN PERSON AT ONE OF OUR 5 BEAUTIFUL LOCATIONS ACROSS THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS

NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Compensation : Fee for Service :
Fee for Service :
- $45 / hour for MA Level
- $50-$55 / hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
- $55-$60 / hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
- $65-$70 / hour for independent license
Salary :
Full Time $64,000 - $72,000
Premiums paid for :
- Non-English language capacity
- Experience
- Select clinical specialties
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Independent Clinical License within 2 years
- Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
