We are seeking a permanent Technical Service Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in technical service and electrical schematics, as well as expertise in steam, gas-fired heating, and electrical heating systems.
Responsibilities include managing technical service operations, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee technical service operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical schematics, steam, gas-fired heating, and electrical heating systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
- Ensure all service activities comply with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Conduct training sessions for staff on technical service procedures and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Expertise in steam, gas-fired heating, and electrical heating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in a technical service role
- Relevant technical certifications or degrees are preferred
