As a Corporate Support Associate, you will provide technical support to end-users on various hardware and software issues.
You will work closely with other IT teams and external vendors to ensure that all desktop systems are fully operational and meeting the needs of the business.
You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all computer-related equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
Set up and configure new desktops and laptops for new employees
Manage user accounts and access permissions on various systems
Monitor and maintain backup and recovery processes for desktop systems
Keep inventory of all IT equipment and maintain records of repairs and upgrades
Provide training and support to end-users on software applications and hardware usage
Collaborate with other IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
Required Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in a customer service or technical support role
Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, & Google operating systems, as well as desktop hardware and software
Experience with remote support tools, such as Bomgar or virtual private network (VPN) software
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service skills and a willingness to help others
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
