Required Skills & Experience :
- 1-2 years of experience in relevant work, organizing files and documents into appropriate categories
- Excel knowledge
- Highly detail orientated and meticulous in work

This role is a 6-month+ contract, fully remote and will pay up to $22 / hr.
Job Description :
An employer in Denver, CO is looking for a documents specialist to join their team. This person will download and categorize each file on the county clerk’s public database pertaining to the school district, sort and file through all documents and files, document in spreadsheet the following data elements from each file (reference number, type (easement / deed / etc, name of parties on document, date, short description and location) and save file to relevant google drive folder and place hyperlink in spreadsheet for relevant reference number.
This person must have an excellent eye for detail and be meticulous in all work they do.
Compensation :
$20 / hr to $22 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
