About The Role : The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the client offices to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on other responsibilities.
As a member of our start-up, you will be asked to perform a variety of tasks with little or no supervision.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
- Answer and screen the client's phone lines and record messages. Route messages to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor general email inboxes and route messages to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain electronic filing systems
- Conduct internet-based searches and enter data into the client's databases.
Requirements and Tools :
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Expert knowledge of Google and Microsoft word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Experience with Internet searches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
