Job Description :
Our 123-bed acute-care facility is renowned as a primary stroke center and cardiac surgery hospital, offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care with a patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities :
The Director of Surgical Services oversees clinical and non-clinical activities within Perioperative Services, including Operating Room, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, GI Lab, Sterile Processing, Cath Lab, Surgery, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Donor Network.
This role encompasses managerial direction, 24-hour accountability, staff development, and alignment with hospital goals under the CEO's leadership.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Education : Academic degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum Experience / Skills : 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment
- Licenses / Certificates : Current CA RN license, BLS certification, perioperative certification preferred
