The emphasis will be on equipment up time and resolving quality and production related issues including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.

This is a full-time 1st shift position with weekend availability.
Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities :
- Maintain equipment and facility in working order.
- Perform preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules.
- Document work completion and parts ordering and / or usage accurately.
- Attend to emergency breakdowns and problems concerning safety.

Requirements :
Key Requirements Include :
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and facility.
- Above average aptitude in the use of tools and equipment of several trades or skills such as electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, machining, welding and hydraulics.
- Ability to work in a team-based, flexible and proactive maintenance program.
- Experience performing maintenance in a food manufacturing environment preferred but not necessary
- Refrigeration experience is preferred but not required.
