Job description
This team member will play a key role in helping Makeready build and sustain a vibrant People + Culture team that is grounded in a culture of belonging;
allowing people to feel valued, and supported. They will be the glue that keeps things running smoothly, while staying detailed and able to pivot quickly in an exciting professional space.
Requested Tasks
- Administrative duties as assigned, including calendar management, report preparation and organizational needs
- Assist with onboarding and preparing for new Team Members
- Assist with event planning and Home Office needs
Requested Capabilities
- At least 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in a professional office setting
- Able to pivot between multiple projects
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Approachable, personable and friendly personality
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information
