As we expand into our newest state-of-the-art facility in Arlington Heights, IL, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team and continue shaping the skyline with precision and creativity.

Position Overview : We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations. You will oversee every aspect, from knowing where every item is stored to building and leading a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager or a lead / supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and inventory management.
• Build and lead a warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee scheduling, ensuring the right people are in place to manage daily operations effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using spreadsheets to track inventory, pallets, waste, and cut-offs.
• Operate and manage forklift activities with precision (must possess a valid forklift license).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all staff.
• Oversee warehouse building maintenance to ensure the facility is kept in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business needs and meet operational targets.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse setting, managing various tasks including inventory, scheduling, and equipment operation.
• Must have a valid forklift license with demonstrated smooth operation skills.
• Must have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
• Experience in building maintenance and ensuring a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets for tracking inventory, scheduling, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
