Nightwing is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to work at our Springfield location.

Required Skills

  • Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance;
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant logistics experience;

Detail oriented to validate pick list to manifests

Ability to perform QA / QC on variety of tools / equipment

  • Ability to lift up to 94 pounds;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually;
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare written training documentation;
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint);
  • Compliance with Nightwing's Non-Commercial & DOT Driving Programs;

Desired Skills

Ability to work in restricted mobility areas and confined spaces;

Compliance with Nightwing's Silica Monitoring Program.

  • Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical assembly;
  • Ability to read and understand conceptual drawings or blueprints;

Military or special operations experience.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. High School Diploma with additional years of experience in lieu of degree.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
